Lemonade Stand

The kiddos at SGIS raise money each year to support St. Jude in honor of Carson Head, a former student of St. George's. Each kid makes a piggy bank because Carson's wish was for all her friends to donate the money in their piggy bank to find a cure for childhood cancer. We have a chapel at the end of the fundraiser where all kids bring their piggybanks. This chapel is always one of my favorites. To see the labor of love all the kids have put forth to raise money makes my heart sing.

Carson's Piggybank in front of all the students' piggy banks!

A fellow SK mom in our neighborhood got the inspiration from another family to have a lemonade sale and bake stand!

I got to baking! I think I made over 160 cookies!

The boys make the signs!

And there was a whole lot of cuteness!

We had SO many customers. We had friends and family drive from all over the city! Our teachers, our SK friends, our family members, our neighbors! So many people came out to support St. Jude!

Our SK friends!

Mrs. Hayden and Dallen came by!

In the end these CUTIES ended up raising over three hundred dollars for St. Jude!! I am so proud of them!
