We were so excited to go visit the Texas Asbells in Houston this spring!
It was a little rough start. We got to the airport to check in only to discover our flight had been canceled. We literally had our bags on the scale when John got a notification that it had been canceled. Even the attendants didn't see that on their computer. It took about 20 minutes and 3 attendants later, but we were put on another flight that left that afternoon. Praises for the other flight having room, us not getting through security yet, and a flexible schedule.

When we got to Houston the kiddos loved having cousin time!
Our first day we went to the Houston Space Museum. There are so many cool things about this museum! We had a great time exploring all the exhibits and learning about all the space missions. Luke had just done a lot of research on Neil Armstrong for his Biography Play.
We also rode a tram to see the training facilities.
We ended the day touching (hugging?) a real rock from Mars!
We had such a fun day one!! Day two and three were Astro game days!
